Jennifer Chaffee, co-founder, Senior Interface Designer and Art Director, has over 20 years of experience in the interface design field and a BA in Graphic Design from Rochester Institute of
Technology in New York.

Before starting mouseworksmedia in 1996, Jennifer spent 5 years at Apple Inc.on a variety of projects including interface guideline development for AppleSript and OpenDoc . In addition, Jennifer became the primary visual designer of Mac OS 8's new appearance. She presented a fresh appearance to the classic Macintosh interface, incorporating a 3-dimensional style which became known as "Platinum".

As Art Director of the Human Interface group at Claris, a former software division of Apple Inc. she was responsible for the new appearance of Claris Organizer 2.0., and directed the incorporation of the Platinum appearance into the Claris software application interfaces.

Prior to working at Apple, Jennifer worked at Hewlett Packard where she helped develop "Motif", the graphical user interface for UNIX. She also spent 3 years at Xerox in the Industrial Design and Human Interface Group.

Marc Duisenberg, co-founder and Director of Project Management / Research & Development, contributes over two decades of technical and project management experience to the mouseworksmedia team.

His background as a software test engineer and technical support manager provides valuable experience in software assurance, usability and customer relationship management (CRM). As an entrepreneur, he's been responsible for starting and managing several companies in the retail, service and manufacturing sectors. As a technical educator he continually develops and refines his methods of presenting complex subjects in an understandable, effective way.
